There are approx. 15 poster boards (130 cm wide, 110 cm high - possible with posters on both sides) in the Lakeside Auditorium (stored in the hallway to the lower toilet by the entrance). Book the poster boards with Michael Andersen.
If you need more, these must be ordered at Finn Ahrendt Petersen, tekfape@au.dk, 2173 0706. There are a total of 100 poster boards (for 200 posters) (150 cm wide, 120 cm high). Using the poster board is free of charge but you must pay the expenses for transportation. AU has a compulsory agreement with a moving company.
Be aware that you need to consult the caretakers in the Lakeside Auditorium to discuss where to set up the poster boards in the foyer, and it may be necessary with separate fire authority approval if you have a large number of boards. Please contact Katrine Lisberg for assistance in this matter.

If you order food from the canteen at the Department of Mathematics, it is possible to borrow up to 16 café tables. Contact: Jens Jørgen Bæk <kantinen@imf.au.dk>.
