The information on the screens is managed by the secretariat. So far, Lisbeth Heilesen, Birgitte Larsen and Rikke Mie Rahbek have access to upload of information.
The screens in the blue fields have the same information (slides), while the screens in the white fields all have different kinds of information.
The information for the screens is made in PowerPoint or InDesign (format 50.8 cm x 27,2 cm). See the PowerPoint templates above for inspiration. The templates are set up for seminars, but can be used for whatever you like.
You are welcome to change the font/size, layout or colour etc. on the templates. If you change the colours, please use one of the primary or secondary colours recommended by AU. However, the size of the template (50.8 cm x 27,2 cm) must not be changed.
