Please note that students (except for Part B PhD students who are employed) are not covered by any insurance for accidents in the laboratory. The head of the research group where you are going to work appoints a mentor to help you get established and to introduce you to procedures, buildings and other staff members at the Department of Molecular Biology and Genetics (MBG) and – if you are coming from abroad – registration with the Danish authorities. The Faculty of Science and Technology appoints a mentor to help exchange students getting registered with the Danish authorities.
